About the Founder
Launched by Oscar Zejdlik in 2026, AdvisorConduit was created to serve the small to mid-market wealth management M&A vertical. Through years of working as a Director and Business Development Lead for a boutique lender and investment bank, Oscar realized that many practices and advisors were going into M&A transactions uneducated and unprepared. Oscar had the pleasure of working with both the buy and sell-side of each transaction and was therefore able to create pathways to ensure a smooth transaction for both parties.
On the sell-side, Oscar worked with founders to:
- Obtain an attractive multiple for their practice
- Build out a buyer pool of qualified successor options
- Identify post transaction objectives, such as a post-sale role with the firm
- Conduct due diligence and consultations with qualified buyers to narrow down to a finalist pool
On the buy-side, Oscar worked with buyers to:
- Strengthen themselves as acquirers with strategic partnering and M&A consultations
- Secure lending
- Get in front of seller/merger opportunities
Sourcing over $3B in new seller AUM to represent, working on dozens of different transition opportunities, and consulting with thousands of different advisors on each of their respective growth objectives, Oscar considers himself as a true educator and relationship conduit for the ever-expanding M&A space.
